Biography
Kelly has been evaluating construction defect risks for more than 20 years and leads teams of Complex Claim Specialists and Junior Leaders with teams of Claim Specialists. Kelly began her insurance career in underwriting and premium audit and transitioned into a claim handling role learning construction defect and environmental claims, including class action litigation. Kelly has brought thousands of complex construction claims, class action construction products/components litigation, and long-tail environmental litigation claims to resolution through careful and thorough review of materials, investigation, and often times out-of-the-box resolution approaches. Kelly is a frequent panel speaker at industry education events and is passionate about continuing professional education opportunities. In her free time, Kelly is working to earn an Executive MBA with a specialty focus on leadership. Most evenings you can find Kelly at a baseball field supporting her son in his athletic endeavors, in her back yard with her dogs playing fetch, or visiting local micro-breweries and wine tasting festivals with her husband.
